There are 3 very important things I want you to know:

1. I can show you ANY house listed by ANY agent that is currently listed on MLS.

2. As a buyer, you DO NOT pay any real estate fees to me! All real estate fees are paid by the seller.

3. I work very, very hard for you. When you work with me to find your new home,
I am focused 100% on making sure you get into the perfect home for you.

As your partner in finding you the best home for you and your family, I PROMISE the following to you:

I will be HONEST, always (No apologies there).
I will be ATTENTIVE to your specfic needs (One size does not fit all!)
